In response to the students' feeling of great pressure recently, the class of 2019 graduate students of the Department of Science and Technology Communication and Policy of School of Humanities and Social Science held a class meeting with the theme of mental health in room 104 of no.2 teaching building On the afternoon of December 23.
Wang Xiangyu , the commissary in charge of mental health, interpreted the meaning and standard of mental health in detail to the students, and explained some common misunderstandings. Then, a brief report was made on the class mental health questionnaire. According to the questionnaire, the pressure of the students mainly came from the two aspects of study and life. Wang Xiangyu communicated with the students and expressed her own opinions according to the questions raised by different students. Later, she shared some cases of the school's psychological counseling center with classmates, and put forward some suggestions on how to keep mentally healthy.
